When will my order ship?In-stock orders placed by 4:00 pm are dispatched the next day.
How will my order be shipped?All standard parcels are shipped via India Post Business Parcel. Express parcels will be shipped either via India Post or courier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery method and tracking information.
What if I need my order immediately?We regret to inform you that immediate delivery is not possible currently. We will have this option available in select cities soon.
What are your standard local shipping charges?
- All Orders worth Rs 5000 and above are eligible for FREE shipping.
- For orders below Rs 5000 shipping costs will be charged based on weight & volume and shipping method.
How long will it take to receive my order?Our goal is to deliver all orders within 5 - 7 working days, subject to product availability. On some occasions it can take a little longer. Customers will be notified by email if there's a delay with their order.

What if I receive a damaged product or a product I didn't order?We take extra care in filling, checking and packing all orders. The shipping company, however, is responsible for product after it leaves our warehouse. For your protection, please follow these procedures:
- Carefully inspect each product.
- Check the shipment against the carrier's delivery receipt to make sure you have received all cartons listed.
- Have the driver note shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt.
- Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find any damage, DO NOT discard the cartons or any contents of your package.
